Request to Suspend Your Account
If youโre using the [App Name] mobile app by [Your Company Name], you can request to suspend your account along with the associated personal data.
How to Request Account Suspension
To suspend your account, please follow these steps:
- Send an email to [support@email.com] with the subject line:

. - Include the following information:
- The email address associated with your account
- Your full name (optional, helps us verify your identity)
- Any additional context or reason for suspension (optional)
We will process your request and confirm the suspension within 7 business days.
If available, you may also request account suspension directly from within the app:
- Open the app and go to Settings
- Tap Account
- Select Suspend Account
What Happens When You Suspend Your Account
- Your profile, login access, and activity will be temporarily deactivated.
- You will not receive any notifications or updates.
- Your data will be retained securely in case you decide to reactivate your account.
Data Retention and Deletion
Suspending your account does not permanently delete your data.
We retain:
- Your account information
- Activity history and settings
This data is kept for up to 12 months after suspension. After that period, if the account is not reactivated, it may be permanently deleted in accordance with our data retention policy.
You may request permanent deletion of your account and data at any time by contacting us again.
